The sensing coils (B1 to Bn) are arranged on a plane perpendicular to the plane of the primary exciting coil (A) and all the sensing coils (B1 to Bn) are wound in any direction, while at least one secondary exciting coil (C) being arranged on the plane of the sensing coils (B1 to Bn).
